About Ida

At the end of the day, my goal is to help businesses create products that optimise the experience of their users, relieves their pain points and gain benefits out of it.

As a former Digital Project Manager, I understand what it means to build high-quality, cohesive, and scalable products. I observe and analyse user behaviours for my product strategy, transform it into actionable insights from market research to product development. Along with my learning, I hope to use these skills to pursue a career in Product Management.

I am comfortable working with data scientists, engineers, creatives and business owners. Having experience working with multicultural teams and being a multilingual person benefits me to come up with creative solutions and to create a collaborative work environment.

I have multiple years of experience in a wide range of disciplines including entrepreneurship, creative, digital marketing, analytics, conversion optimisation, UI/UX, and CRM. These experiences have provided me with unique insights into the product lifecycle and enabled me to think through the entire customer journey while challenging my assumptions.
